Beef

Heifer meat

The meat of female cattle that have never calved is generally referred to as "heifer meat". These heifers are typically reared in stables for 20 to 30 months or go through one or two fattening periods on pasture before they are slaughtered.

The term "young bull meat" is used to describe the meat of male animals that have not been castrated and have been slaughtered between the ages of 14 and 22 months.

The term "beef" is used to describe female cows that have been slaughtered between 24 and 36 months of age. Essentially, these are animals that consistently produce meat of the highest quality.

For your production

The majority of our beef, young bull and heifer meat comes from abattoirs within the European Union. We also offer the option of EU, 3x D, 4x D and halal meat.

In addition to our regular range, we supply our customers with imported products from various countries, including the USA, Argentina, Australia, Brazil and Uruguay. Our range includes fresh, frozen, vacuum-sealed, polyblock, bare block, E2 cup, carton and loose products. On request, we can also supply specially packaged meat products for the food retail trade in vacuum, ATMOS, MAP or SKIN tray formats. It is important to note that our products are fully traceable and have a transparent origin.
