Rosé veal

The juicy meat of young calves, known as rosé veal, gets its unique pink hue from a special, iron-rich diet. In addition, the slaughtering process takes place within the first eight months.

The controlled slaughter of younger calves, known as pale veal, takes place within the first eight months of life. This special type of meat is given a pale white color due to a low-iron, milk-based diet.

We are also happy to fulfill requests for halal meat. In addition, we can supply meat in trays specially developed for the food retail sector on request.
